Responsibilities:
- Work as the Head of sales to strategise, manage and build a successful sales effort for the business across institutional investors across pensions, endowments, insurance, and charitable foundations
- Build new networks and use existing relationships across the region, raising assets and ensuring long-term growth
- Manage theÂsales process from qualifying to closing and embedding the right qualities of long-term relationships in the team Â
- Assist in drivingÂbrand recognition and business development efforts
- Develop and maintain a strong technical understanding of the firm's products and strategies to effectively and confidently represent the business and lead discussions with clients
- Research and identify new client / relationship development opportunities
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of the financial services market with a background in theÂinstitutional space and good understanding of asset owners
- Deep knowledge of various products across the alternative space, with ideally strong knowledge across public and private assets (both directly and indirectly invested)
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong leadership qualities
