A leading financial services firm is seeking a Head of Sales to drive strategic efforts across institutional investors. Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Work as the Head of sales to strategise, manage and build a successful sales effort for the business across institutional investors across pensions, endowments, insurance, and charitable foundations
  • Build new networks and use existing relationships across the region, raising assets and ensuring long-term growth
  • Manage theÂsales process from qualifying to closing and embedding the right qualities of long-term relationships in the team Â
  • Assist in drivingÂbrand recognition and business development efforts
  • Develop and maintain a strong technical understanding of the firm's products and strategies to effectively and confidently represent the business and lead discussions with clients
  • Research and identify new client / relationship development opportunities

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of the financial services market with a background in theÂinstitutional space and good understanding of asset owners
  • Deep knowledge of various products across the alternative space, with ideally strong knowledge across public and private assets (both directly and indirectly invested)
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent communication skills
