Job summary

The University of St Andrews invites applications for an experienced Cleaning Services Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality cleaning across our historic estate. You will work within the Estates Unit to ensure safe, efficient services that meet the university’s standards and support world-class teaching and student experience.

This role manages a team of about 160 staff through a supervisory structure, driving service excellence, workforce development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cleaning/facilities operations in a large organisation.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Commitment to customer service, health and safety, innovation and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-quality cleaning services across our estate.
