This is an exciting opportunity to lead the transformation and delivery of services that have a direct impact on the daily lives of our residents.
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Environment and Regulation, you will provide strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio of services, including:
You will lead large multidisciplinary teams, drive performance, oversee significant budgets and contracts, and champion innovation and digital transformation to deliver modern, responsive and customer-focused services.
As a member of the senior leadership team, you will work closely with elected members, communities, partners and stakeholders to promote civic pride, environmental stewardship and sustainable place-making across the city.

All council roles are allocated to either a fixed, field or flexible work style. Some roles are agile which enable and empower employees to maximise their performance and productivity, whilst maintaining a healthy work life balance.
