Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new channel partnerships, translating agreements into operational plans and coordinating testing, documentation and launch activity.
• Manage operational performance, define KPIs and service expectations, monitor delivery, identify risks and recommend corrective actions for quality, efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks with reporting cycles, escalation routes and accountability across partner-led programmes.
• Advise on delivery risks and resource requirements to ensure models are viable and scalable.
• Coordinate activity across teams and partners, clarify responsibilities and resolve delivery issues to safeguard learner experience and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement with onboarding tools, launch-readiness processes and governance templates using data and feedback.
