Matchtech is seeking a Head of Capital Programme Assurance to lead a capital investment programme in Havant. The role focuses on governance, assurance and commercial rigour across asset delivery, with senior responsibility for risk, planning and value optimisation.

You will drive investment cases, guide programme cycles and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, compliant outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience delivering capital assurance programmes in an infrastructure/asset environment.

Aufgaben

• Guide the end-to-end assurance framework for capital delivery, ensuring governance, value and balanced decision-making.
• Support the development of high-quality, evidence-based investment cases with strong strategic, financial and commercial judgement.
• Provide strategic oversight of tactical plans to optimise outcomes, benefits realisation and risk reduction.
• Nurture and manage a multidisciplinary team through change and continuous improvement.
• Ensure programmes operate within reliable control procedures and deliver an efficient performance management cycle.
• Embed a strong risk management culture across project, programme and asset portfolio activities.
• Provide assurance across all programme data, driving accuracy, insight and improved asset-based decision making.
• Encourage efficiencies in capital delivery, enabling effective decision-making and value optimisation.
• Represent client with key partners and stakeholders, building strong relationships across the programme ecosystem.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
