Overview

Rolls-Royce Submarines, a world leader in nuclear power and propulsion products, is seeking a Head of Capability - Nuclear Facilities Support. This role involves managing and improving engineering capabilities across nearly 3,000 engineers, supporting nuclear products and programs throughout their lifecycle, ensuring safety and mission-critical performance for military and civilian customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide proactive capability leadership to the Engineering resource group.
  2. Create and maintain Strategic Workforce Plans aligned with business strategies.
  3. Own the capability strategy and roadmap, ensuring resource availability to meet delivery commitments.
  4. Develop and maintain the Capability Specialist and SME taxonomy.
