Job Description:

Rolls-Royce Submarines has an outstanding opportunity for a Head of Capability - Nuclear Facilities Support. This role involves defining, maintaining, and improving engineering skills and capabilities supporting nuclear products and programmes across all lifecycle phases. You will lead a team of senior managers, managing capabilities for nearly 3,000 engineers, ensuring safety and mission-critical support for military and civilian customers.

Responsibilities include providing proactive capability leadership, creating and maintaining strategic workforce plans, owning the capability strategy and roadmap, and defining capability taxonomy to meet business commitments.
