Hardwick and Cambourne Community Primary School is seeking an ambitious Head of Campus for the Hardwick Campus, to start January 2027. You will lead Teaching and Learning across the campus with strategic vision and a commitment to high standards within our two-site school.

Qualifications

• Outstanding classroom practitioner with a strong understanding of effective teaching and learning.
• Proven inspirational leadership that motivates staff and pupils to achieve their very best.
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with parents, governors and the wider community.
• Experience as Deputy Headteacher or senior leader is welcomed.
• Commitment to developing the whole child and pupil voice.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Teaching and Learning across the school.
• Maintain a small teaching commitment to reflect school needs.
• Lead and develop staff across two sites and collaborate with senior leaders.
• Support and implement the school's vision, values, and ethos.
