Job summary

Paignton Academy is seeking an exceptional leader to join our senior team as Head of Campus, taking full operational responsibility for the Waterleat Road site and guiding a thriving community of around 800 students. This role blends campus leadership with opportunities to influence whole-school outcomes and develop the skills needed for Headship, supported by leadership coaching and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a school setting.
• Proven track record of driving school improvement and culture.
• Ability to lead at campus/centre level with strategic influence.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational responsibility for the Waterleat Road campus.
• Lead daily routines, staff leadership, parental engagement and student culture.
• Drive inclusion, safeguarding, attendance and personal development initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Principal and executive leaders to shape outcomes.
• Contribute to improvement priorities across the multi-site academy.
