Responsibilities

• Lead overall operational and alarm receiving functions.
• Manage Operators, Supervisors and Real-time Managers.
• Ensure call quality, reporting, complaints handling and data admin.
• Forecasting, KPI monitoring and resource planning.
• Liaise with stakeholders and drive process improvements.
