The Role As a Sales Director, you will spearhead new business sales efforts across the UK and globally. Your focus will be on expanding partnerships with trading firms, exchanges, institutional players in the crypto space, wallets, searchers, node operators, and Layer-2 blockchain platforms. This role requires both driving revenue growth and nurturing long-term client relationships through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth.
  • Establish and maintain high-value partnerships across the crypto ecosystem.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment with market needs.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and client meetings.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Manage ongoing client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within financial services, crypto, or blockchain.
  • Proven track record in selling trading infrastructure, execution services, or institutional financial products.
  • Strong understanding of crypto markets, MEV, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
  • Established network of contacts across trading firms, exchanges, and institutional crypto players.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in the blockchain space.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
