Venari Finance is delighted to be exclusively engaged by our key client in central Glasgow to recruit their new Head of Business Analysis. This role will sit on the senior leadership team and report directly to the Managing Director.

The Head of Business Analysis will lead a team of business analysts and will spearhead the organisation's transformational change, focusing on customer experience, HR, Payroll, and Finance.

This role suits an individual with experience in operational excellence within a continuous improvement environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and possess excellent analytical skills.

Role Overview:

1. Manage the provision of insight and analysis across the operation.
2. Leverage performance data, insights, and customer feedback, collaborating with operational leaders to understand and address challenges that may impact clients, customers, or colleagues.
3. Implement business performance management practices to track and improve operational effectiveness.
4. Lead efforts to maximize value from processes and systems.
5. Work strategically and tactically, adapting communication to your audience, collaborating across all levels, and championing change delivery.
6. Establish data quality standards and procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance.
7. Develop and implement initiatives for operational and customer journey optimization.
8. Generate ideas, run pilots, and deliver innovations for the wider business.
9. Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of analytics tools and platforms.
10. Manage customer success strategies to meet and exceed user expectations.
11. Use feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
12. Lead cross-functional teams in process improvements to enhance efficiency.
