DCB Legal in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior leader to head our Bulk Litigation function in Runcorn. You will manage in-house Paralegals and Litigation Specialists, align external partners, and ensure efficient, compliant operations at volume scale.

The role combines strong legal knowledge with commercial insight and a passion for innovation, driving automation, AI, and data-led improvements across the end-to-end case lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within a legal environment,
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedure and Court processes
• Experience delivering process improvement, transformation or automation, with interest in AI and legal technology
• Excellent stakeholder management skills at a senior level

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the Bulk Litigation function, leading in-house Paralegals and Litigation Specialists alongside external partners
• Oversee litigation performance across the full case lifecycle; act as senior escalation point for complex matters
• Maintain relationships with HMCTS, Courts and Court Mediation Service
• Drive automation and emerging technology to scale and improve efficiency and quality
