Job description

Since 1862, Ladurée has embodied French elegance, artistry, and refinement — renowned worldwide for its exquisite macarons, pâtisserie, and bespoke gifting collections. With over 100 boutiques across 17 countries and a growing UK footprint, Ladurée continues to set the standard for Parisian luxury in gastronomy and hospitality.

As the brand enters a new phase of strategic growth in the UK, we are expanding beyond our iconic boutiques and tearooms into corporate gifting, hospitality partnerships, weddings, wholesale, and luxury collaborations.

To lead this next chapter, we are seeking a visionary Head of B2B to design and deliver Ladurée UK’s commercial growth strategy — driving sustainable business development, forging high-value partnerships, and safeguarding the heritage and excellence that define our Maison.

To create, lead, and execute a comprehensive B2B growth strategy for Ladurée UK that delivers profitable sales expansion across multiple channels: corporate gifting, luxury hospitality, retail partnerships, private events, and wholesale distribution.

The role will balance strategic planning, business development, and operational execution, acting as a bridge between the UK Managing Director, Paris HQ, and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Production).

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth Roadmap
  • Develop a 3-year B2B growth strategy with clear revenue milestones, channel segmentation, and profitability targets.
  • Identify high-value growth opportunities in corporate gifting, luxury hospitality, fashion partnerships, and travel retail.
  • Conduct market and competitor benchmarking (i.e. Fortnum & Mason, Pierre Hermé, Hotel Chocolat, Godiva) to position Ladurée competitively in the UK luxury gifting landscape.
  • Build scalable commercial models — pricing, margin structures, packaging innovation, and cross‑selling initiatives.
  • Present quarterly B2B performance dashboards (sales, pipeline, margin, client retention) to the UK MD and HQ.
Business Development & Partnerships
  • Drive acquisition of new strategic accounts in corporate, hospitality, retail, and event sectors, targeting premium brands, hotels, and institutions.
  • Forge collaborations with luxury hotels, airlines, and premium retailers, leveraging Ladurée’s brand equity to open new revenue streams.
  • Develop joint brand activations with fashion houses, department stores, and luxury lifestyle brands to elevate visibility.
  • Represent Ladurée at industry fairs and private client showcases, positioning the brand as the premier choice for luxury gifting.
Operational Excellence & Team Leadership
  • Build and lead a dedicated B2B team (Sales Executive, Events Coordinator, or Wholesale Assistant) focused on client experience and delivery excellence.
  • Implement CRM‑driven sales processes (HubSpot/Salesforce) to manage leads, forecast revenue, and measure conversion.
  • Oversee order fulfilment and coordination with LAB/Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure precision, quality, and timeliness.
  • Introduce data‑driven decision‑making — from demand forecasting to product range analysis.
Product Innovation & Brand Development
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams (UK & Paris) to design exclusive B2B offerings — corporate boxes, event collections, co‑branded editions.
  • Align seasonal product launches with key commercial moments (Valentines, Easter, Mother’s Day, Christmas, Ramadan, Chinese New Year, weddings).
  • Promote sustainable and bespoke packaging solutions aligned with luxury market expectations.
  • Strategic commercial leadership in luxury F&B, gifting, or hospitality, with a minimum of 5+ years’ B2B Management experiencing London.
  • Proven success in building multi‑channel sales growth and delivering six‑ or seven‑figure account portfolios.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with sales forecasting, margin control, and KPI reporting.
  • Deep understanding of luxury positioning, client experience, and operational standards.
  • Entrepreneurial and results‑driven, with exceptional attention to brand integrity.
  • Ability to create events et find operational solutions, animations.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
  • Experience leading commercial teams in luxury retail, F&B, or lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrated record of developing and executing profitable B2B strategies.
  • Fluent in English; French proficiency desirable.
What We Offer
  • Opportunity to shape the strategic direction of a global luxury brand in the UK.
  • Collaborative and creative environment with direct access to Paris HQ.
  • Exposure to high‑profile brand partnerships, international events, and strategic launches.
  • Employee benefits, product discounts, and hybrid working flexibility.
