iProov is seeking a Head of Product for Biometrics to lead the flagship liveness products and an innovation portfolio. You will shape strategy, own the portfolio roadmap, and drive commercial success across engineering, security, data, sales, and marketing.

This leadership role sits at the heart of our biometrics platform and requires strong cross-functional influence. You will partner with leadership to balance near-term revenue with long-term bets, maintain reliability of internal platforms,

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Owning a significant product portfolio through lifecycle to commercial success.
• Background in B2B technology and complex sales cycles.
• Experience in high-growth, tech-first environments with ambiguity.
• Ability to translate vision into strategy and roadmaps using data.
• Strong influence across engineering, security, sales, marketing and leadership.
• Clear, compelling communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve vision, value proposition, and roadmap for iProov's biometrics portfolio.
• Maintain and grow the market leadership of our flagship liveness products and incubate innovation products.
• Ensure internal platforms are reliable, scalable, and fit for the business's evolving needs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to resolve dependencies and conflicting priorities.
• Stay close to strategic customers, partners, and the evolving threat landscape, and build a discovery practice across the team.
• Own the portfolio roadmap and make hard trade-offs across flagship, innovation, and internal products.
• Own the commercial narrative for the portfolio, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on launches and pricing.
• Set success measures for the portfolio and report progress to senior leadership.
