iProov is seeking a Biometric Systems Lead in London, hybrid with weekly office presence. You will steer the biometric platform from R&D through production, focusing on precision, recall and bias while driving cross-functional collaboration with Product, Research, and CSI teams.

The role reports to the VP, Biometric Operations and requires leadership, mentorship, and a tech-forward mindset to deliver robust biometric solutions for high-security environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in ML/Computer Vision
• Strong Python and ML frameworks
• Leadership over projects & initiatives
• Mentorship of junior team members
• Able to communicate with technical and non-technical teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the Biometric Systems function from research to production.
• Scope and deliver new biometric systems; improve existing ones.
• Define project scope, metrics, and success criteria.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams across CSI, Product and Research.
• Draft a long-term roadmap for biometric needs and architecture.
