Commencing: September 2025
We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, committed, enthusiastic, and experienced Head of Biology to lead this successful department within the Science Cluster from September 2025.
The successful candidate will have excellent subject knowledge, a proven record in teaching at all Key Stages including A Level, and experience of curriculum development. In addition, they will be committed to working as part of a team and proactive in using IT to enhance teaching and learning. They will be able to develop new approaches to deliver an exciting, ambitious, and challenging curriculum that stimulates students to achieve their best.
Our school achieves excellent GCSE, BTEC, and A level results with large numbers of students progressing to university. The successful applicant will build on the successes of the Science cluster area and ensure that students continue to thrive in the subjects and are confidently prepared for the next stage of education.
