Job summary

Nous is hiring a Head of Business Intelligence to own data foundations, metrics governance, and reporting across Growth, Commercial, Operations and Finance. You will push AI-enabled analytics, own dbt and Omni models, and partner with senior leaders to drive business decisions.

Based in the UK with hybrid office work, you’ll write SQL, model data, and deliver trusted dashboards that inform strategy and investor updates.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in analytics, BI or data leadership in fast-growing environments.
• Proven ability to establish metric definitions and drive adoption across teams.
• Hands-on with modern data warehouses and transformation layers; ownership of data models.

Responsibilities

• Own canonical metric definitions and governance across models.
• Consolidate and migrate dbt/Omni models to a unified standard.
• Build reconciliation and automated checks for data accuracy.
