Job summary

JLL in London seeks Head of Bewonder* to drive growth strategy, lead cross-functional teams in Client Service, Studio, CX and Operations, and partner with the Head of Clients – PAM UK. The role reports to the leadership and aims to win new work while delivering high-quality creative solutions aligned with Bewonder’s Just Imagine proposition.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of agency and client management experience.
• Proven track record in business, client and team growth.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategy, creative development and campaign execution.
• Experience of inspiring a team and delivering on agreed growth objectives.
• Expert in business development, including pitching and negotiation.
• Strong governance skillset, to drive a consistent service output whilst maintaining risk profile.
• Strong problem solving, influencing, conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
• Experience in operating in a fast-moving company with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to initiate and lead business discussions and drive ongoing engagements with C‑Suite level clients and JLL executives.
• Ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Energetic and collaborative team player who feeds off goal setting and achievement.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Bewonder* growth strategy across the team.
• Model and promote the business’s values and high standards.
• Develop and coach the Senior Leadership Team and direct reports.
• Define and meet the business’s commercial targets and manage financial performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team across Client Service, Studio, CX and Operations.
• Recruit, retain and develop top talent and foster collaboration.
• Identify growth opportunities with existing and new clients and across JLL.
