It is suitable for an experienced Head of Art or an aspiring leader, including NQTs seeking leadership experience. The position is part time (24 hours/week), starting September 2026, with a salary (£32,000–£42,000) depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an Art department or willingness to step into leadership.
• Deep understanding of art education and excellent communication.
• Experience in school settings or teaching preferred.
