They are seeking a Head of Architecture to lead their Architecture practice.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cultivate stakeholder relationships to deliver technology solutions that increase efficiency and drive revenue.
2. Lead and oversee architecture designs, ensuring technical standards for People First.
3. Develop and communicate architectural plans and roadmaps.
4. Maintain knowledge of strategic business plans and oversee end-to-end system implementation.
5. Gain commitment for enterprise-level architecture initiatives.
6. Mentor and guide the architecture team.
7. Support business and IT strategic planning and product development.
8. Plan annual infrastructure and software strategies with the CTO & Software Director.
9. Develop external technology partnerships.
10. Implement and oversee product architecture governance processes.
11. Ensure project compliance with IT standards and manage architectural risks.
