Head of Data & Analytics | London (Hybrid) | ~£75K-85K

I’m working with an organisation doing meaningful work, supporting IPS (Individual Placement and Support), helping people facing severe mental illness, drug dependency, homelessness, and other barriers into work. This model is used internationally, with real impact.

They’re seeking a Head of Data & Analytics to lead data strategy, dashboards, and insights, enabling informed, insight-led decisions to improve lives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and delivering the organisation-wide data strategy
• Leading and developing a small data & analytics team
• Owning reporting, dashboarding, and data quality
• Translating insights into actions for leadership and partners
• Managing data budget and supporting strategic planning
• Overseeing governance and data protection processes

Who we’re looking for:

• A strategic thinker who can be hands-on
• An empathetic leader building high-performing teams
• A confident communicator for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in the public/third sector or purpose-led environments is a plus but not required
