Qualifications

• Experience in VFX, post-production or animation required.
• Proven ability to scale emerging tech into production workflows.
• Strong cross-disciplinary collaboration with directors and engineers.
• Ability to balance quality with cost and reliability.
• Excellent communication, documentation and teaching skills.
• Ownership mindset with bias to action.

Responsibilities

• Lead prototypes and deployments of AI workflows for film production.
• Develop reusable playbooks and production tooling.
• Collaborate with model partners and GTM teams.
• Translate creative needs into reliable technical blueprints.
• Communicate requirements and progress to executives.
