• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI engineering, MLOps and platform teams, driving high-quality delivery.
• Define and maintain engineering standards, AI guardrails and Responsible AI.
• Oversee model development, deployment, monitoring, evaluation and improvement.
• Drive automated controls, observability and root cause analysis.
• Partner with Architecture, Risk, Compliance and stakeholders to shape AI roadmaps.
• Provide reporting on progress, model performance and value realization.
• Build, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
