Job summary

ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp™ is seeking a Head of AI & Automation to own strategy and delivery of AI initiatives across a growing property group. You will report to the CEO, shape AI adoption across the business and lead practical AI implementations with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Delivered AI, agent-based or automation workflows into production environments.
• Owned AI programmes, roadmaps or transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI, workflow orchestration, approvals, guardrails and governance.
• Experience integrating SaaS tools via APIs, webhooks and modern integration platforms.
• Ability to measure and communicate business outcomes, ROI and operational improvements.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, leadership teams or founders.
• Strong understanding of security, permissions, auditability and AI governance.
• Salesforce awareness and experience working alongside CRM teams.
• Comfortable operating in scale-up, SME or entrepreneurial environments.
• Degree educated or equivalent commercial experience.

We're looking for a Head of AI & Automation to join a growing business that is already on it’s AI journey. This isn't a greenfield transformation project and it isn't an innovation lab; AI is already embedded into day-to-day operations, leadership are fully bought in and there's genuine appetite to keep pushing forward. The role offers the opportunity to own strategy, delivery and continuous improvement across multiple brands and business functions. You'll work closely with senior leadership, create practical solutions and help drive the next stage of growth through AI-led transformation.

What you'll be doing

As the Head of AI & Automation, you'll identify opportunities across sales, underwriting, finance, legal, marketing and customer operations where AI and automation can improve performance; You'll work directly with stakeholders throughout the organisation, understanding business challenges and translating them into practical solutions. You'll design and implement AI workflows, integrate systems and ensure everything is governed safely and effectively.

This Head of AI & Automation position combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. A salary of up to £120,000 depending on experience, alongside a performance-related bonus.
