Boston Rose in Hillingdon is seeking a Head of Additional Learning Support (Foundation Learning) to lead the ALS provision for High Needs learners across two FE sites. The role reports to the Director of Foundation Learning and is newly created.

We are currently working with an education provider in the Hillingdon area of London who are looking for an enthusiastic Head of Additional Learning Support (Foundation Learning) to join their team.
Reporting to the Director of Foundation Learning (Curriculum and Support), in this newly created post you will be responsible for the management and quality of all additional learning support for High Needs learners across two Further Education sites
The starting salary would be between £50,718 and £56,781 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), 40+ days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays), and you would also get a Teacher's Pension (with generous employer contributions of 28.68%)
