A major health research charity is seeking a Senior Access Governance Manager in Greater London. This role is critical for enhancing secure access to research data, managing governance processes, and leading a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale research and demonstrate an ability to balance compliance and efficiency. Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage and develop access processes in large‑scale research studies or similar organisations.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal issues related to genetics/genomics and personal health data.
• Strategic, detail‑oriented professional with strong collaborative and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the Access Process for secure access to research datasets.
• Plan and oversee Access Board governance and activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of the Access Process through enhancements and policy updates.
