Job summary

Nottingham Forest FC is recruiting an Academy Performance Analytics Lead to drive the delivery of performance analysis across all academy age groups. You will manage day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality support for players and staff, aligning data insights with development plans and coaching practices.

The role requires UEFA B license and expertise in performance analysis, with a focus on collaboration with coaching, medical and development teams to embed the academy philosophy.

Qualifications

• UEFA B license and education in Performance Analysis, Sports Science or coaching.
• Proven experience in performance analysis within football academies.
• Strong ability to collect, analyze and report data to inform coaching and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the academy performance analysis function and ensure timely insights.
• Oversee analysis tied to philosophy and methodology and support academy vision.
• Manage day-to-day academy analysis operations and deliver actionable insights across age groups.
• Partner with MDT teams to deliver high-level reports to players, coaches and stakeholders.
• Oversee individual player analysis to inform the Head of Academy and senior management.
• Drive analytical products to support player development and performance outcomes.
