Ossett Academy & Accord Sixth Form is seeking to appoint an outstanding, ambitious, and visionary Head of Academy.
Due to recent changes in the secondary leadership structure at the Trust, the creation of this Head of Academy role is pivotal in enabling the Academy to progress on its continuous improvement journey.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Executive Principal, supporting inspiring, motivational, and purposeful leadership for all stakeholders, with high expectations for pupils and staff.
We seek an inspirational leader with a proven track record of success in improving pupil outcomes and leading strategic initiatives. The candidate should demonstrate skills in strategy delivery, managing multidisciplinary teams, and leading Academy-wide development within a collaborative Multi Academy Trust.
