Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

• Dedication to ensuring an excellent guest experience, with dishes prepared to high standards.
• Experience in maintaining food, health, and safety standards, understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• Ability to build a coaching culture within your team, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and development.
• A proactive problem solver, able to make quick decisions.
