As a Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

- Are dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, making sure every dish meets high standards either through your efforts or by empowering your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
- Have experience maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards in the kitchen, understanding the financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively spotting opportunities.
- Are committed to building a coaching culture within your team, working with your head chef to recruit and develop staff, fostering personal and professional growth.
- Are a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making and thinking on your feet.
What we look for |
- Experience leading a kitchen team as a head chef or senior sous chef, driving performance through positive actions in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to have genuine conversations that ensure your team feels heard and supported.
- Experience maintaining high standards in food, health, and safety.
- Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock management.
- Ability to manage labor costs and adapt to changing demands.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and engage your team to thrive and grow in their careers.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and part of the team.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
