Senior Sous Chef | full time

The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

  • Are dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, making sure every dish meets high standards either through your efforts or by empowering your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
  • Have experience maintaining impeccable food, health, and safety standards in the kitchen, understanding the financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, and proactively spotting opportunities.
  • Are committed to building a coaching culture within your team, working with your head chef to recruit and develop staff, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Are a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making and thinking on your feet.
