Qualifications

• Prior experience in hotels, housekeeping supervisor or head of housekeeping preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate others.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to lead by example and roll up sleeves as needed.
• Train staff on cleaning and maintenance to company standards.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues and damages.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products, linen, and stock.
