Job summary

Atlas Hotels is seeking a Head Housekeeper for the Holiday Inn Express Dunfermline on a 16 month FTC. 40 hours per week with a competitive salary of £31,650 per annum. Lead and organise the housekeeping team, supervise staff, and ensure Atlas standards and guest satisfaction across our 59 hotels.

You will manage rostering, train staff, and collaborate with the Hotel Manager to deliver a warm Atlas welcome and a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a housekeeping team.
• Experience supervising Housekeeping Assistants and Supervisors.
• Ability to coach and develop staff to meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organise the Housekeeping team to ensure a great guest experience.
• Supervise and motivate Housekeeping staff on the job.
• Communicate Atlas priorities and updates to the team.
• Support Hotel Manager with induction and HR procedures as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and Atlas standards in all areas.
