The Borough Arms in Bodmin is seeking a part-time Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team and deliver a warm, home-from-home experience for guests. You will be a hands-on leader with strong communication and organisational skills, ensuring clean, tidy spaces and smooth front-of-house operations.

You’ll be responsible for training the team, maintaining high standards, and collaborating with other departments to uphold excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in housekeeping leadership is desirable.
• Ability to train and develop a housekeeping team.
