Job summary

Omni Facilities Management Limited is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead the hotel housekeeping team and oversee daily operations across the contract. The role involves coordinating with hotel management and the company to ensure high standards, safety, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have previous housekeeping management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage budgets and training.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping management experience, ideally gained as a Head Housekeeper in a large and demanding property.
• People management experience, including training and development.
• Experience of dealing with budgets, including analysing profit and loss.
• Desirable to have experience of dealing with Health & Safety matters.

Responsibilities

• Engage, train, lead and inspire the housekeeping team.
• Liaise with Area Manager and Regional Manager regularly.
• Support recruitment and assess right to work documentation.
• Ensure staff are trained in Health & Safety procedures and records are maintained.
• Manage and review rotas to meet occupancies and ensure adequate cover.
• Conduct quality inspections and drive improvements in standards.
