Job summary

The Alexander Hotel Collection is seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team at Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa, near Dartford. The role ensures guest bedrooms, public areas and event spaces are presented to the highest standards in a premium hotel setting.

You will manage a small team, oversee stock and cleaning schedules, and collaborate with operations and events to turn rooms around efficiently while maintaining exceptional presentation for every guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a housekeeping management or supervisory role within a quality hotel or venue environment.
• Strong eye for detail and a passion for high standards.
• Hands-on leader who motivates by example.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

£25,792 to £32,000 per annum depending on number of days + monthly service charge

We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping operation at this busy 4 Silver Star Country House Hotel and Spa.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a close-knit team delivering memorable experiences, where attention to detail and high standards are essential in creating a flawless environment for every one of our guests.

As Head Housekeeper, you’ll take full responsibility for ensuring all guest bedrooms, public areas and event spaces are always presented to an exceptional standard.

Working closely with the wider operations and events team, you’ll play a key role in preparing the Hotel, turning rooms around efficiently, and maintaining the high level of presentation expected within a premium, boutique Hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities

About You
