As a Head Housekeeper, you will ensure that the home remains spotless for our residents. You’ll manage the cleaning rota, lead by example, plan weekly laundry, order cleaning supplies, and stay updated on infection control procedures, always prioritizing residents' wellbeing.
HC-One is looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper with proven team leadership, record keeping, and time management skills. You should have outstanding awareness of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations, as well as infection control. Your positive energy and ability to communicate kindly and considerately are essential.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional related training. You should be able to seek advice and report concerns, escalating issues if necessary.
