About The Role
As a Head Housekeeper, you will ensure that you and your team maintain a spotless environment for our residents. You’ll manage the cleaning rota, lead by example, plan the laundry schedule, order cleaning supplies, and stay updated on infection control procedures, always prioritizing residents’ wellbeing.
HC-One is looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper with proven leadership, record keeping, and time management skills. You should have a strong awareness of Health & Safety, COSHH regulations, and infection control. Most importantly, you will bring positive energy and a natural ability to connect with people, communicating considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. It is important that you can recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional training as needed. You should also be able to seek advice and report concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
