About The Role

In your role as a Head Housekeeper at HC-One, you’ll value kindness above all else. Kindness drives every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. As a Head Housekeeper, you will ensure that you and your team maintain a spotless environment for our residents. You’ll manage the cleaning rota, lead by example, plan laundry schedules, order cleaning supplies, and stay updated on infection control procedures, always prioritizing residents' wellbeing.

We are seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper with proven leadership, record keeping, and time management skills. Knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH regulations, and infection control is essential. Your positive energy and ability to get along with people are crucial, and you should communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should recognize signs of abuse or neglect and know how to respond. All staff must attend safeguarding training and be able to seek advice and report concerns appropriately.
