Job summary
Stow Healthcare Group is seeking a dedicated Head of Housekeeping to lead our housekeeping team in delivering high standards of cleanliness and infection control for residents. You will manage rotas, stock, and ensure the home always looks, feels and smells spotless while supporting your team on the floor.
Reporting to the Home Manager, you will inspire staff, communicate clearly with residents and colleagues, and uphold our award-winning care values.
Qualifications
- A natural communicator, you will benefit from having previous experience in a cleaning role, and preferably in leading a team.
- You will be passionate about high standards and confident in ensuring that your team help deliver these.
- Infection Prevention and Control will be high on your agenda, but you also need to be a people person and to enjoy the time you will spend interacting with residents each day as you clean their room and their home.
Responsibilities
