Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and will be capable of delivering excellent service to our guests.

We seek someone passionate about hospitality, reliable, and eager to learn as part of our growing team.

Duties Will Include

• Managing, motivating, and leading the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards are met, with a keen attention to detail.
• Being accountable for the department’s financial performance against budgets.
• Liaising with maintenance to ensure all areas under Housekeeping are properly maintained.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety, fire safety, security, and COSHH regulations, and keeping all records up to date.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring staff are courteous and helpful.
