Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cheltenham for a Head Housekeeper. The Head Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property. Duties include managing laundry services, coordinating with other departments for seamless guest experiences, training and supervising housekeeping staff, and maintaining organized records and inventories.
