Position Overview

To own and lead fitness product, positively impacting members and mentoring the team to deliver the best fitness experience.

This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager. The role is responsible for delivering an elevated fitness experience through products such as MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal and Group Training.

• Promote personal training sessions and deliver sessions monthly

Requirements

• Experience in running personal training sessions
• Strong leadership qualities and coaching passion
• Experience in delivering various group training modalities
• Stay updated with industry fitness trends
• Effective communication and management style to motivate the team

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member champion mentality
• Driven, ambitious, eager to learn and develop
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as needed
