Position Overview
To own and lead fitness product, positively impacting members and mentoring the team to deliver the best fitness experience.
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager. The role is responsible for delivering an elevated fitness experience through products such as MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal and Group Training.

- Manage the REDEFINE product, driving sales and engagement
- Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches & Personal Trainers
- Oversee group training timetables and monitor performance against KPIs
- Enhance member engagement within your community
- Deliver classes as per gym guidelines
- Drive new member sales and retain existing members to grow the member base
- Support the team in generating revenue from memberships and products
- Lead by example on reception and on the gym floor
- Provide regular constructive feedback to team members
- Promote personal training sessions and deliver sessions monthly
Requirements
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
- Experience in running personal training sessions
- Strong leadership qualities and coaching passion
- Experience in delivering various group training modalities
- Stay updated with industry fitness trends
- Effective communication and management style to motivate the team
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member champion mentality
- Driven, ambitious, eager to learn and develop
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as needed
