To own and lead fitness product, positively impacting members and mentoring the team to deliver the best fitness experience.

This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager, responsible for delivering an elevated fitness experience through our products such as MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal, and Group Training.

Job Description

• Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
• Consistently demonstrate our elevated ways of working
• Lead national initiatives & incentives such as #WorkoutWednesday & in-gym challenges/events
• Advocate for our member onboarding program, MOVE, and lead by example. Support and train the team to enhance confidence and delivery.
• Own the REDEFINE product, driving cohort sales and engagement
• Recruit, train, and mentor Fitness Coaches & Personal Trainers
• Manage group training timetables & monitor performance according to KPIs
• Enhance member engagement within your community
• Deliver classes as per gym guidelines
• Focus on driving new member sales and retaining existing members to grow the member base
• Support the team by driving revenue from membership sales, products, and secondary services
• Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to ensure positive member experiences
• Provide honest, constructive feedback regularly to support team development
• Drive personal training session sales and deliver sessions monthly

Qualifications

Need to have

• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification
• CIMSPA Practitioner level certification
• Experience in running personal training sessions
• Strong leadership qualities & a passion for coaching
• Experience delivering various group training modalities
• Knowledge of current fitness industry trends
• Adaptability in communication and management styles to motivate the team
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a member-focused attitude
• Driven, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop
• Flexibility in working hours and location, including weekends and bank holidays
