Job summary

JLL in London is seeking a Senior Director, Ethics & Compliance Operations to drive operational excellence and strategic transformation across the global E&C Centre of Excellence. Reporting to the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, the role combines governance, program delivery and AI-enabled initiatives to raise maturity and impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in Legal Operations or Compliance Operations within a regulated environment.
• Bachelor's degree / equivalent.
• Strong strategy development, transformation & change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead E&C CoE operational governance and delivery forums with accountability for actions and resourcing.
• Own E&C's operational MI: budget vs. actuals, KPI/outcome tracking and CECO reporting.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives to improve efficiency and impact across the CoE.
