mydentist Westwood Cross is recruiting a Head Dental Nurse to lead the Nurse team, assist with rota planning, and support clinicians in delivering high‑quality dental treatments. The role is based at Broadstairs Retail Park, Westwood Cross, a brand‑new state‑of‑the‑art practice with NHS and Private treatments.

The role offers varied shift patterns, with 08:30-17:30 Monday to Friday and occasional Saturday work.

You’ll be joining us at our practice at Broadstairs Retail Park, Westwood Cross.

We have recently relocated into a brand-new state-of-the‑art practice, with all the latest technology. Our practice features 11 modern surgeries, all on the ground floor for easy wheelchair and disabled access. We are providers of both NHS and Private treatments, including our {my}options affordable private scheme.

We are now recruiting for a Head Dental Nurse position with shift patterns as follows:

08:30-17:30 Monday to Friday, with some flexibility and occasional Saturday working required.

As a Head Dental Nurse, you’ll be responsible for leading the Dental Nurse team in the practice and will support the Practice Manager with planning rotas, people management, materials stock management and the development of Students and Trainee Dental Nurses. You will also support clinicians to deliver a full range of high‑quality dental treatments and help to ensure the smooth running of your surgery and the practice.
