mydentist's Bridge House practice in Bridgwater is hiring a Head Dental Nurse. You will lead the Dental Nurse team, plan rotas, manage staff, and support clinicians to deliver high-quality dental treatments. The role includes stock management and staff development to ensure smooth running of the surgery.

As a Head Dental Nurse, you’ll be responsible for leading the Dental Nurse team in the practice and will support the Practice Manager with planning rotas, people management, materials stock management and the development of Students and Trainee Dental Nurses. You will also support clinicians to deliver a full range of high-quality dental treatments and help to ensure the smooth running of your surgery and the practice.
