- Build a coaching culture within your team, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
- Are a forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making and adaptability.
What we look for |
- Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Strong communication skills, engaging with your team with consideration and care.
- Proven ability to uphold food, health, and safety standards.
- Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock control.
- Experience managing labor costs and adapting to changing demands.
- Leadership qualities that inspire and engage teams to thrive in their roles and careers.
- Passion for creating an inclusive, respectful environment where everyone belongs.
- Ability to think proactively and make quick, effective decisions.
