About the role
As Head Concierge, you will be our guests' and visitors' first point of contact. You will play a key role in managing the concierge team, coordinating daily operations, and delivering a seamless, five-star service experience. This is a hands-on position that requires leadership, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee and manage the concierge team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
·Deliver an exceptional front-of-house service to all residents and guests
·Handle guest requests, bookings, deliveries, and any concerns with professionalism and efficiency
·Maintain strong working relationships with external service providers
·Monitor the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the lobby and common areas
·Prepare reports and manage administrative tasks as required
·Train, support, and mentor new team members
About You
·Previous experience as a Head Concierge or senior front-of-house role, ideally within the luxury hotel or hospitality environment
·Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
·Excellent communication and organisational abilities
·Calm under pressure with a proactive and solution-focused approach
·Immaculate personal presentation
