COREcruitment Ltd is recruiting a Head Chef in Central London for a prestigious in-house catering operation. The role is hands-on, leading the banqueting kitchen and delivering exceptional VIP events, with responsibility for mentoring Sous Chefs and driving bespoke menus.

Qualifications

• Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef from fine dining, luxury hotels or premium banqueting.
• Hands-on leader who can manage busy periods and events.
• Passion for developing teams and creating bespoke menus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the banqueting kitchen and deliver exceptional VIP events.
• Work alongside the chefs during service and busy periods.
• Mentor and develop Sous Chefs to drive internal progression.
• Give chefs ownership of bespoke menus, tastings and client presentations.
• Create exciting seasonal menus and maintain excellent food standards.
• Support the Executive Chef with kitchen operations and commercial performance.
